استناداً الى نص الهدف الرابع من اهداف التنمية المستدامة التي أطلقتها الأمم المتحدة حول ان التعليم حق لكل فرد في المجتمع، تدعو وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي العراقية الطلبة الدوليين المؤهلين الراغبين بمواصلة دراساتهم الجامعية والدراسات العليا في جمهورية العراق، للتقديم إلى الجامعات والكليات والمؤسسات المتخصصة الخاصة والحكومية كمبادرة تشجيع على استقطاب الطلبة الأجانب للدراسة في العراق، هذا وندرج في ادناه اهم التفاصيل:
1- تم انشاء منصة الكترونية على الرابط https://studyiniraq.scrd-gate.gov.iq،

خاص بالتقديم على المنح الدراسية المقدمة من الجامعات العراقية للدراسات الأولية والعليا ضمن ثلاث قنوات دراسية( منح مجانية، منح نصف المجانية ، نفقة خاصة) وكذلك توفر كافة التفاصيل التي تخص معلومات عن الجامعات العراقية والروابط الرسمية للجامعة وطرق التواصل معها ومعلومات أخرى تمكن الطالب من التعرف عن طبيعة الدراسة داخل العراق وكذلك المحافظات التي تتواجد بها الجامعات وبرامجها المقدمة.
2- يتم التقديم من خلال انشاء حساب عبر الرابط المشار اليه أعلاه، والذي يتطلب توفر بريد الكتروني دائم للطالب ليتمكن من تفعيل الحساب والتواصل معه مستقبلاً، كما يدعم الموقع كل من اللغة العربية والإنكليزية للتواصل مع الطلبة ويحتوي الموقع على دليل القبول باللغتين (الإنكليزية والعربية) الذي يتضمن ضوابط وشروط القبول وكذلك يوضح آلية التقديم وإجراءات الترشيح والقبول ضمن البرنامج.
3- بالإمكان التواصل عبر الايميل ( info.studyiniraq@scrd-gate.gov.iq) للإجابة على الاستفسارات الواردة من قبل الراغين بالتقديم على البرنامج وكذلك عن طريق رقم الواتساب (006947833040168).
4- يكون موعد التقديم للفترة من 30/4/2025 ولغاية منتصف شهر حزيران بالنسبة للدراسات العليا ولغاية بداية شهر أيلول بالنسبة للدراسات الأولية.

Announcement of a program titled “Study in Iraq”

Initiative name: Study in Iraq

Sponsor: Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Based on the text of the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals launched by the United Nations, which states that education is a right for every individual in society, the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research invites qualified international students wishing to continue their undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the Republic of Iraq to apply to universities, colleges, and specialized private and governmental institutions. As an initiative aimed at attracting of international students to study in Iraq. Below are the most important details:

1- An electronic platform has been created at the link https://studyiniraq.scrd-gate.gov.iq,

specifically for applying for scholarships offered by Iraqi universities for undergraduate and postgraduate studies within three study channels (full scholarships, partial scholarships, and self-funded). It also provides all details related to Iraqi universities, official links to universities, ways to communicate with them, and other information that enables students to learn about the nature of study in Iraq, as well as the governorates where universities are located and the programs they offer.

2. Applications are submitted by creating an account via the link indicated above. This requires a permanent email address for the student to activate the account and communicate with them in the future. The website supports both Arabic and English languages for communication with students. The website contains an admissions guide in both (English and Arabic (, which includes the admission requirements and conditions, as well as the application mechanism and nomination and acceptance procedures for the program.

4. Applications are due from April 30, 2025, until mid-June for postgraduate studies, and until early September for undergraduate studies.
